CareFlow

CareFlow helps patients track their queue and understand what happens next during multi-station healthcare visits. It reduces uncertainty with a guided visit timeline, live status cues, and quick-access utilities like Scan and nearby amenities.

Overview

Healthcare visits often involve multiple stations (registration, consultation, pharmacy, imaging), and patients frequently feel anxious or lost, especially when queue information is fragmented, unclear, or spread across paper slips and different counters. CareFlow reframes the experience around a single ‘Visit’ flow: users see their current station, what’s next, and key queue details in one place. The app supports real-time-style clarity through status indicators, alerts to prevent missed turns, and a Scan entry point to quickly pull up visit details. The outcome is a cleaner, more predictable experience: users spend less time guessing where to go, caregivers can follow progress more confidently, and key information (documents, medications, clinic details, amenities) stays organized and easy to retrieve during a stressful moment.
